MoveMatched is operated by Hector De La Cruz, licensed as a real estate broker in New Jersey with Winfar Real Estate and as a real estate salesperson in New York with Property Finders Global.

Referral partners include Winfar Real Estate (NJ) and Property Finders Global (NY), to name a few.

How we are paid

MoveMatched introduces people who want a real estate agent to licensed agents in their market. If you close a transaction with an agent we introduced, that agent's brokerage may pay a referral fee to our brokerage at closing. Referral fees are paid broker to broker, never to an individual.

What you pay

You pay nothing extra for the referral. The fee comes from the brokerage's side of the commission. You negotiate any commission or fee directly with your agent.

Your choice

You are free to choose any agent, at any time, including one we did not introduce. You do not have to work with the agent we suggest.

Our referral arrangement with an agent covers one transaction within 12 months of the introduction.

Agents under contract

If you have signed an agreement with an agent, we cannot refer you to a different agent while that agreement is in place.
