Referral fees from agents
If you close with the agent we introduce, their brokerage pays our brokerage a referral fee out of its commission at closing, broker to broker. You do not pay anything extra to us.
Flat fee advertising
Lenders, movers and other home services can buy a labeled ad spot for a flat monthly fee. The price never depends on how many people they hear from, and ads are always marked as ads.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never send your request to a list of agents. We never take money from a lender for sending you to them.
Your choice, always
You can switch agents for free at any time, and you are free to choose any agent, lender or mover you like.
