What we collect

  • What you type in our forms: your plans, location, timeline, budget, contact details, language and notes.
  • Proof of your consent: the consent text and version, the time, your IP address and the page URL.
  • Basic technical data such as browser type, needed to run and protect the site.
  • If you sign up for new listings and guides: your email, the town you picked, your language and proof of your consent.

Analytics

We count page views on our own server. We store only the date, the page address and a number. We do not store your IP address with the count and we do not use cookies for it.

We may also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It is set up with IP anonymization and with Google signals and ad personalization turned off. It does not load if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, or if you turn it off on the Do Not Sell or Share My Info page.

Why we use it

  • To match you with a licensed agent and introduce you.
  • To reply to you and follow up on your request.
  • To keep records the law requires for real estate referrals and consent.
  • To send the monthly market email, only if you subscribed.

Who we share it with

  • The one partner agent we pick for your request, after that agent accepts the referral and signs a referral agreement.
  • Property Finders Group or Strong Construction, only if you click the separate opt-in for their service.
  • Service providers that run our site, database and email, under contract.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion.
  • Stop texts by replying STOP. Stop emails with the unsubscribe link or by asking us.
  • Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Info page for privacy requests.

How long we keep it

We keep lead and consent records as long as needed for the referral and for the record keeping periods that apply to real estate brokerages, then delete them.
