MoveMatched is an independent home matching and information service. It is not a mortgage lender, and it does not represent you in a transaction.

Agents shown on this site are independent licensees who pay to advertise. They work under their own brokerages.

How we are paid

MoveMatched is paid by advertisers. Real estate agents, brokerages, lenders, movers and other local businesses pay a flat monthly fee for labeled ad space on the site.

Agents who advertise may be shown to you and may receive your request when you ask to talk to an agent. Their fee is the same whether or not you hire them or buy, sell or rent anything.

What we never take

We never take a referral fee, a share of a commission, or any payment tied to a closing or a transaction. We are not a real estate brokerage and we do not represent you.

Lenders, title companies, home inspectors and insurers pay for ad space only. We are never paid per lead, per click to a loan, or per closed loan.

What you pay

Nothing. You negotiate any commission or fee directly with the agent you choose.

Your choice

Ads are always labeled and are not recommendations. You are free to choose any agent, lender or business, at any time, including one that does not advertise with us.

Agents under contract

If you have signed an agreement with an agent, keep working with that agent. We will not connect you with a different agent while that agreement is in place.
